Life in the order the records give it

Burial1710
Hanß was buried on 4 April 1710. On 18 August 1711, “Regina, weil. Hannß Prög[ers], gewesenen Gerichtsmanns und Bauern zu Seibothenberg, nachgelaßene Witwe” married Michel Götz, Schultheiß and weaver at Dünbot, a widower Confirmed. Birth1699

Marriage1699
Married, as a widow, on 7 November 1699 at Michelbach an der Heide, “Hannß Pröger, Bauer zu Seibothenberg, und Gerichtsmann nacher Gerabronn, ein Witwer” Confirmed S666. She was the widow of the late Jörg Seitzinger(?), farmer at Wiesenbach(?). Two readings of his surname: Seitzinger (best, from the Archion image: the initial matches the S of Seibothenberg two lines above) and W[einmann?] (the earlier reading of the filmed copy) Probable confirm or correct →; the village is also a doubtful read. A closer re-read is queued. Know more? Use “Add to this record”. Compiled for the Proeger family

Living adults appear by name and relationship, with the year only: no full date of birth and no home town on any page that search engines index, and a living person’s own page is kept out of search engines. Minors appear by name only — no date of birth, no birth year, no age, no school, no place, no address, no other identifying detail. A minor may be named and may appear in a family photograph; nothing further about them is published. Where it is not established whether someone is an adult or a minor, the minor rule applies.
