Father D. C. Logue, born Tennessee; mother “Alice Hammett”, born Tennessee. Informant H. R. Lewis, who signed it. ⚠ The mother’s maiden name “Hammett” is written on the certificate itself, given by her husband; her own Social Security application gives Hamby, which stands.
